Carlo Zaccagnini graduated from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1995 with a thesis entitled “The criminal liability of directors of limited companies in transactions involving the purchase of own shares and cross-shareholdings”. In 2000 he obtained a diploma from the same university’s School of Specialisation in Criminal Law and Procedure. Admitted to the Bar on 20 January 2001 and entitled to appear before the Court of Cassation since 22 March 2013, he gained professional experience at some of Rome’s leading law firms before founding the zaccagnini criminal law firm.
